My mom's tuna salad
I think the fact that at any given time there's about a pound of this stuff in my fridge says more about it than anything else. Unlike that Velveeta shit they put in mac and cheese, this salad definitely deserves the title of "deluxe". With bread and a slice of provolone, its pretty much an entire meal (save for the wine - a deep red is preferable). It weighs heavy on the hands, but heavier on the ocean - once you start, there's probably no stopping until you've consumed enough tuna to kill yourself a thousand times over with mercury poisoning.
Dig the werx: tuna, hard boiled eggs, mayo, onion, apple/grapes.
I can see every brick of the food pyramid in that sandwich. The tuna provides the salty fundament of the food, but the onion and eggs provide a delicate funk that is matched by the sweet tang of the apples. A bottle of Bean-O should be included, as the aftermath of the meal can cause the eater to wax quite stinky, quite quickly. But it's all worth it.
